Users are required to directly contact Taxiago to process any requests related to the cancellation of bookings.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Refunds will be governed by the terms mentioned in the Agreement.
Requests for cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable, and the booking fee will be retained.
Taxiago may collect a booking fee (excluding applicable taxes) for transactions made through the Platform.
If at any time users are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provider, they may contact the service provider’s toll-free care number listed on our Platform. Submit a complaint or feedback.
All complaints will be recorded and reviewed accordingly. Approved refunds will be credited to the beneficiary’s bank account within 5–7 business days.
Taxiago reserves the sole authority to determine whether the booking fee is refundable in such cases.
Users acknowledge that Taxiago is not responsible for any claims or disputes related to services provided or money collected by the service provider beyond the booking fee amount.
Any wrongful or illegal detention of Taxiago’s directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or subcontractors by the user will result in the cancellation of the refund process, and any pending refund shall be forfeited without further notice. This is in addition to any other legal remedies available to Taxiago.
